Abuja - One person was killed after members of terrorist group Boko Haram attacked a village in Chad on Sunday, local residents said, Punch reports.
Residents said the insurgents attacked the village of Djargagoroum, between Ngouboua and Kaiga, killing one person and burning two houses in the process.

Chad is one of the neighbouring African countries assisting Nigeria in waging war against the insurgents. Other countries which are part of the multinational force includes Niger and Cameroon.
