Orji welcomes Abia State tribunal ruling

Abia - Following a favourable ruling at the State Tribunal, Abia Central Senatorial District Senator, Theodore Orji, has called for people in the state to work with him develop the the area.

He said the tribunal judgment of Tuesday in Umuahia Abia State as a confirmation of the confidence reposed in him by the people and my unshakable belief in the judiciary.

“I therefore call on all Abians, mostly the people of Abia Central Senatorial District, party members and political opponents to join hands with me in the onerous task of giving the best to our people, among them, widows, people with disabilities and the teeming youths who are facing the fiercest challenges of our time.”

He added, “The 2015 elections have come and gone. Let us synergize all our efforts into delivering the utmost to the general majority.”

He also expressed gratitude to God thank the people of Abia who gave him their total mandate to govern them for eight years until early 2015 as well as his constituents in Abia Central Senatorial District who renewed the mandate in a Senatorial bid that has positioned him into active legislative affairs of the country.

“I thank my colleagues in the senate who have ceaselessly encouraged me through all media- text messages, phone calls and personal visits,” the People’s Democratic Party politician said.
