Osun - Following the inability of Osun State government to pay civil servants in the state, the workers will on Tuesday hold a rally calling for the impeachment of state governor, Rauf Aregbesola, Vanguard reports.
Organisers of the rally, Civil Societies’ Coalition for Emancipation of Osun State said in Osogbo that over 20 civil and faith based societies who are members of the gorup are already mobilising their members towards the mass rally.

The group said over three petitions including the one sent by a state serving judge, Justice Folaranmi Oloyede, calling for Aregbesola’s probe and impeachment are presently before members of the state House of Assembly and the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC).
It would be recalled that Labour unions in the state have embarked on an indefinite strike to press home their demand for payment of their seven-month salaries.
