Port-Harcourt - A man has been arraigned before the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt for defrauded another after posing as an employee with an oil company.
Chidi Alozie is appearing on a four-count count charge bordering on conspiracy and obtaining money by false pretence.
The accused was alleged to have collected the sum of N132 000 from one Joseph Nicodemus Etete sometime in 2014 to facilitate his employment into an oil company.

It is alleged Alozie and an unnamed suspect now at large, between January and February last year, at Port Harcourt, with intent to defraud, conspired to commit felony by obtaining money by false pretence by disguising as a staff of Agip Oil Company.
He pleaded not guilty to all the count charge.
Justice Agomoh has granted the accused bail to the sum of N500 000.
The matter was adjourned to June 29 for trial.
