According to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), which is seeking the couple’s prosecution the complainant neither got the vehicle nor a refund of his money.

They are pleading not guilty to the charge.

Osinachi was granted bail in the sum of N100 000 and a surety in like sum.

The second accused was admitted to bail in self recognition due to her pregnancy but was ordered to sign an undertaking to be available for trail.

The matter was adjourned to March 25 for trial.
