Presidency intensifies attack on Ezekwesili

Abuja - The Presidency has continued its attack on former Minister Obiageli Ezekwesili, who accused the administrations of Jonathan and Yar’Adua of squandering $67 billion of Nigeria’s resources, Saharareporters reports.

The Presidency said Mrs. Ezekwesili was merely grandstanding and that the administration was unwilling to take up the challenge of debating her on accountability.

It said the allegation is a deliberately calculated, albeit unsuccessful effort to bring the Jonathan administration into disrepute unjustifiably.
