Osun - The Trade Union Congress (TUC), in Osun State has faulted the planned protest by the Association of Senior Civil Servant union at the state secretariat on Thursday, Vanguard reports.
The Comrade Olatunji Akinyemi-led Association of Senior Civil Servant accused the state government of owing workers about five months’ salary, non promotion and problem in the contributory pension scheme.

The Chairman of Trade Union Congress (TUC), Comrade Oladele Adetunji, in defence of the state government said that Governor Rauf Aregbesola had explained to the union leaders during a meeting that due to the dwindling allocation from the federation account salaries may not be paid as at when due.
