19 October 2015, 11:04

Abuja - Radio Biafra has released a statement disclosing the arrest of its director, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, by the Department of State Services (DSS) as soon as he got to Nigeria from the United Kingdom.

The separatist movement also made the confirmation of the arrest of Kanu on its twitter handle.

The Biafra media added that Kanu who is also the director of Biafra Television and the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) was arrested in Lagos on Saturday thereby abruptly putting to an end a marathon broadcast of the Radio.
