The protesters delivered a letter to Govenor Akinwunmi
Ambode, stating that they had been employed by the firm for the past five years
and they were laid off without payments.
They pleaded with the governor to intervene in the matter
and to make sure they get what belongs to them.
However, the state government is set to call the protesters
for a meeting next week to ensure their entitlements are paid out.
