Port Harcourt - Few days after granting approval for Gov. Nyesom Wike to borrow N10 billion, the Rivers State House of Assembly has again approved a loan request by Wike to the tune of N20 billion from Access Bank Plc, reports Punch.
The N20 billion loan is intended to complete some uncompleted road projects embarked upon by the previous administration and also for some new road projects to be executed by Wike.

The governor, in his letter to the House, said the loan would be repaid from internally generated revenue.
The 29 state lawmakers voted in support when the Speaker of the House, Ikwuinyi Ibani, raised the matter on the floor.
