Kaduna - The Executive Secretary of the Kaduna State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), Dogo Makama, on Tuesday handed over to the agency's Director of Finance and Administration, Hurara Ahmed.
The handing over was in compliance with Governor Nasiru El-Rufai's directive that all political office holders should handover to the most senior directors.
In his remark, Makama said he came to SEMA with a vision and plan to make the agency better, saying he depended on the support and cooperation of the management to realise it.
He urged the management and staff of the agency to accomplish the task.

"I pray that you will continue to sustain and prosper the work of SEMA, no matter the head of office as executive secretary."
Makama lauded the staff of the agency for their sustained support and cooperation to his administration.
Meanwhile, Ahmed lauded Makama for providing working tools, aimed at restoring a rapid response to disaster across the state.
She called for the support of the staff for effective service delivery to the people of the state.
