Abuja - The All Progressives Congress (APC) has demanded an explanation from President Goodluck Jonathan over the latest seizure of Nigeria’s $5.7 million in South Africa, Premium Times reports.
In a statement issued in Lagos by its National Publicity Secretary, Lai Mohammed, APC urged President Jonathan to stop embarrassing Nigeria in the global community over what it described as phoney transaction.

Urging the President to urgently address Nigerians on the serial embarrassments to which his administration is subjecting the country in the comity of nations, after another seizure of $5.7 million of Nigerian arms money by the South African authorities, the party said the issues surrounding the first seizure of $9.3 million have yet to be resolved before this latest one.
