Shittu re-elected AISAN President

Abuja - Babatunde Shittu has been re-elected the President of the Aeronautical Information Services Association of Nigeria (AISAN).

He will be at the helm for a further two years.

The elections were held at the just concluded delegates’ conference in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

This publication established that the entire officials of AISAN were also re-elected unopposed as none of them had any challenger.

Other official re-elected include Akam Christopher (Vice-President), Williams Ngerem (General Secretary), Jegh Clifford (Assistant General Secretary), Jelili Aro (Financial Secretary), Justina Odede (Treasurer), Patrick Akpatafa (Public Relations Officer) and Amaka Obi as auditor.

Speaking on behalf of the newly elected-executive council, Shittu thanked all members of AISAN for their trust.

“I now know that hard work and diligence pays. We accept this honour and we will serve you. The challenges are high but I urge you all to join hands to work with us. Thank you for the confidence you have in us and with God on our side, we shall get there,” Shittu said.
