compensation for the hospital bill she incurred while treating her house
Earlier, Cpl. Silas Nanpan, the prosecutor, told the court that
Akinsola of Phase 4, Road 4, Nyanya, Abuja, reported the matter at the

Nanpan said that Jerry criminally trespassed into the complainant's room and had sexual intercourse with her house-girl.
He said the offences contravened Sections 342 and 275 of the Penal Code.
The accused, who pleaded guilty, begged for leniency, saying that the girl was his girlfriend.
