Abuja - The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has issues a bench warrant of three senior officials of Jigawa State Head of Service for not appearing in Wednesday’s hearing.
Aminu Zakari Umar, a Director, Mohammad Mu’azu, a Permanent Secretary, and Mohammad Musa who serves in a similar capacity in the state, failed to appear to answer to charges of misconduct being served by the court bailiff.
Ibraheem Al-hassan, CTC Head of Press and Public Relations, Chairman, Code of Conduct Tribunal Hon Danladi Yakubu Umar, confirmed the trio failed to turn up.

The reasons could not be ascertained.
“The CCT Chair instructed Jigawa State Commissioner of Police to forcefully produce Aminu Zakari Umar a Director, Mohammad B. Mu’azu a Permanent Secretary and Mohammad Musa O. also a Permanent Secretary in the office of Jigawa State Head of Service on the 17th November,” Al-hassan said.
Danladi Yakubu Umar chairs the CCT.
