Bayelsa - Two youths have drowned in the Yenagoa area after
trying to escape the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, Punch reported.
According to reports, the NDLEA had gone to raid a group of
youths after suspecting them of being marijuana smokers in their unknown

The authorities came in four trucks to bust the youth and
came across 15 of them, who ran away as soon as spotting the trucks.
The two did not want to be caught and therefore decided to
jump into a nearby river and drowned. While the other 13 were able to swim
across the river.
