Abuja - The British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Andrew Pocock has stated that the British Government is not deploying troops to Nigeria to rescue the abducted Chibok school girls, Vanguard reports.
He said the assistance the British Government is rendering to Nigeria will come in form of training and advisory roles and not combat roles.
He stated that the Nigeria Government is solely responsible for combating the insurgents responsible for kidnapping over 200 girls in Benue State two months ago.
