Owerri - Commanders of the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB on Wednesday engaged the leader of the group, Ralph Uwazuruike, in a bloody battle that left four people dead and several others seriously injured, reports The Sun
The fight started when about 5000 thugs allegedly hired by Uwazuruike tried to dislodge the commanders, who had taken over the control of the headquarters.
The commanders had taken over control of the premises over the alleged high-handedness on the part of the MASSOB leader.
Having ignored Uwazuruike’s directive, the MASSOB leader was said to have ordered an attack to dislodge them from the premises also known as freedom House.
