Wazobia FM licence suspended

Kano - Wazobia FM's licence has been suspended and may result in 16 journalists becoming unemployed, Vanguard reports.

According to the reports, the radio station is being accused of broadcasting a programme which resulted in the killing of polio vaccination administrators.

The presenters of the programme are currently standing trial for the part they played in the killing.
