Abuja - The Economic Financial Crimes Commission has alleged
to interrogate former president Goodluck Jonathan but it has been described as
a hoax by the former national publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic
Party, Leadership reported.
The petition was filed by former member of the Enugu State
House of Assembly, Ikenna Ejezie, and has been dismissed by Metuh's lawyer as non-existent.

According to the lawyer, the petition is a calculated
attempt to sway public sentiments and judiciary against Metuh.
Metuh is currently facing a trial over N400 million of which
he stated that he took under Jonathan's administration.
His court case has been stalled recently due to being ill,
