Abuja - Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN) said he would offer a full response to the diatribe against him by former finance minister Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, PM news reports.
Falana asked the International Criminal Court to probe her and Colonel Sambo Dasuki over misappropriated $8billion vote for weapons.
In a petition to the ICC, Falana accused Okonjo-Iweala of complicity in the diversion of the funds for failing in her duty to prevent it.

He also accused her of committing a crime against humanity by not preventing widespread and systematic corruption including the re-looting of the Abacha loot.
But in her response, the former minister described Falana’s attempt to rope her in the riveting scandal as malicious and a “desperate joke by an integrity challenged charlatan (ICC).
