Abuja - Former Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh has been granted N2 billion in bail by the Federal High Court in Abuja, Vanguard reported.
Badeh is currently facing charges trial over the allegations that he had diverted an amount of about N3.9 billion from accounts linked to the Nigerian Air Force.
Trial Justice, Okon Abang, said he was minded to exercise his discretion.

Badeh has been in custody of the Economic Financial Crimes Commission.
He has been ordered to surrender his international passport to the Chief Registrar of the court.
