15 January 2016, 17:16

Abuja - The Defence Authorities have said that the members of the Boko Haram sect have resorted to disguising themselves as fruit sellers in order to carry out attacks on unsuspecting members of the public, Premium Times reports.

The Director, Defence Information, Brig. Gen. Rabe Abubakar, said in a statement on Thursday that the terrorists had come up with a new strategy to hide bombs in carts loaded with fruits to crowded areas.

He urged Nigerians to constantly be alert to latest terrorist tactics and to report any suspicious persons or objects to the nearest security agency.
