Tompolo flees to Libya

Port Harcourt -  Former militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, has fled to Libya, reports Vanguard.

This was disclosed on Monday by the Joint Niger Delta Liberation Force (JNDLF).

The group, which threatened  to test six missiles across Nigeria, beginning from Tuesday, in a statement said it was able to locate Tompolo’s whereabout through intelligence report.

The group stated that it would get Tompolo dead or alive for betraying the group by supporting the federal government.

The group at earlier on Monday threatened to bomb the Presidential Villa, Abuja and other important public facilities reports News24

The group advised those occupying these buildings to vacate them.

The group said the decision to notify the occupants of the buildings to vacate them was because the aim of their struggle was not to destroy lives.
