Abuja - President Muhammadu Buhari has described Nigeria as
a country that seems as if it is starting again because of the situation it is
in, Punch reported.
According to Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi
Adesina, the president was speaking at the Presidential Villa in Abuja whilst
receiving Ambassador Nasser Bourita, a Special Envoy of King Mohammed VI of
Buhari states that is administration is managing well
because of the sharp drop in oil prices.

He further stated that reasons behind the Federal
Government's hurry in delivering projects related to agriculture and is enhance
food security while creating jobs for the youth.
Plans to establish a fertilizer plant in the country by
Morocco have been welcomed by the president.
