Buhari is Nigeria's best ever President - APC

18 May 2016, 20:32

Abuja - President Muhammadu Buhari has been heralded as Nigeria's best ever President in the country's short time as a democracy by a Chieftain of the All Progressives Party, Vanguard reports.

High Chief Igho Osiebe, who is also National Organising Secretary for Grassroot Mobilisers praised the leadership qualities shown by Buhari in down-scaling the resources used by government officials in ensuring quality service delivery to the Nigerian people.

Chief Osieba added that we as Nigerians should thank God for a leader as Buhari as he is accelerating change and development in the country.

He criticised all those who opposed Buhari making mention of the Yakubu-Wada led faction of the Nigerian Labour Congress for leading workers on strike, saying it lacked patriotism.

According to reports in Punch, Buhari has recently come under increasing pressure for the removal of the petrol subsidy with pleas made to swiftly put an end to the fuel crisis, his allies however say that this was done with good intentions by the President.
