Abuja - President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday presided over the meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) holding at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Top on the agenda of the meeting is the 2016 budget which has stirred up controversy between the presidency and the National Assembly.

The meeting started at exactly 11am inside the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal; and most ministers attended the meeting.
Buhari had on Tuesday night met privately with Osinbajo and the Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udoma Udo Udoma all in the bid to resolve the impasse over the budget.
