Abuja - President Muhammadu Buhari has reportedly summoned his Minister of State for Petroleum, Dr Ibe Kachikwu for a brief on the lingering fuel crisis across the country.
Kachikwu had to shelve his scheduled interaction with the media to attend the President’s summon.

Kachikwu was summoned to explain what his ministry is doing to make the product available across the country.
Spokesperson of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Garbadeen Mohammed,said there is nothing unusual about the summon, as there is need for constant interaction between the President and the minister.
He, however, failed to disclose the outcome of the meeting.
