Abuja – The delay in signing the 2016 budget has given Nigeria a bad image abroad, the Nigerian Employers Consultative Association (NECA) says.
According to Vanguard, The Director General of NECA, Segun Oshinowo, lamented the delay in resolving the controversy on the budget.
This comes as President Muhammadu Buhari returned the fiscal document to the National Assembly earlier this week, with the "grey areas" within the port said to have remained a contentious issue.
