Borno - Calm has returned to an army base Boko Haram terrorists had attempted to take over in the Borno State.
On Monday, troops had reported the attack by the sect.
Col. Sani ukasheka Usman, Army spokesperson, said troops had successfully repelled the attack into 113 Battalion at Kareto, north of the terror-prone state.

“The area is now cool and calm,” said Usman.
The Army has in recent months reported breakthroughs against the Boko Haram.
