Abuja - President of God's Fountain of Life Bible Mission, International Incorporated, Bishop Sam Oyede has said that the actions of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to freeze the accounts of Ayodele Fayose is a step too far, Vanguard reports.
Oyede criticised the EFCC's actions, saying that they had stepped beyond its bounds and accused them of now being a with hunting agency.

Yesterday a Federal High Court in Ado-Ekiti also declined the request by Fayose to de-freeze his account frozen by the EFCC.
The Cleric added that it was highly illegal and unconstitutional for the bank account of a sitting governor to be frozen while still in office.
"Fayose as a lawfully elected governor enjoys immunity. That is the same immunity that the president and vice-president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria enjoys under the constitution," he said.
News24 Nigeria reported that members of the Ekiti State House of Assembly staged a public protest over what they termed the federal government’s harassment of the State Governor, Ayo Fayose, and members of the House.
