Lagos - The Conference of Nigeria Political Parties has strongly condemned the the double bay that was received by ex-governors and ministers, who are currently serving as legislators in the National Assembly, Vanguard reports.
These ex-governors and government officials are also currently serving in President Muhammadu Buhari's cabinet, with these officials coming in for heavy criticism from the National Assembly, especially as the country finds itself struggling economically.

The CNPP communicated their displeasure at media reports that the officials were passing laws to grant themselves entitlements such as pension benefits and other bonuses.
These reports bring to light once again a strong culture of corruption within Nigeria and other African countries throughout the continent. Where the distribution of wealth is not being shared equally to the public, and instead is being held by those in power.
The CNPP added that they were dismayed by these developments as the average Nigerian struggles to afford a daily meal.
