Bayelsa - Governor of Bayelsa State, Seriake Dickson, has
condemned the recent spate of killings in the state due to insecurity, Punch
Community leaders in the state have been summoned by Dickson
for not dealing with the wave of killings and attacks.
In recent attacks, pipeline vandalism, sea piracy, armed
robbery have been on the increase.

Dickson has called for a meeting with the community leaders,
elders and stakeholders so a way forward can be achieved.
The governor has regretted such incidents taking place
across the state and has called those responsible for the killings to stop.
