Abuja - The Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State has
re-opened the Damboa market ever since it was closed in 2014 due to Boko Haram
attacks, Punch reported.
The Caretaker Chairman of the Council, Abu Hong, has stated
that the market has been reopened after it peace was restored in the area.
There was a ceremony held for the reopening of the market.

Governor of Borno State, kashim Shettima, has been commended
for fight against terrorism and for his support to the military.
Traders have been urged to be security conscious and
collaborate with security agents.
