Dasuki to explain $40m pipeline security contract to Jonathan's cousin

Abuja - It has been revealed that former National Security Advisor, Colonel Sambo Dasuki, can only explain the $40 million pipeline contract which was awarded to OnePlus Holdings Limited, DailyPost reported.

Prosecution witness, Ibrahim Mahe, revealed such in court while testifying at the Federal High Court in Abuja.

Cousin of former president, Goodluck Joanathan, Aziboala Robert stated such while he was being cross examined by Chris Uche who is the defence counsel in this case.

The witness further stated that he had made a payment to OnePlus of $40 million of which it was paid out through funds belonging to special security funds.

He had admitted that that office of the NSA kept Naira, Dollar and Euro security accounts. Nine officials of the NSA endorsed the payment to OnePlus.

The trail of Dasuki continues as he faces corruption charges which have been put against him by the Federal Government.
