Abuja - The absence of defence in the Yunusa trial has stalled Ese Oruru's abduction case at the Federal High Court in Yenagoa, Punch reported.
Mr Abdul Mohammed, who had appeared as part of the defence informed the court that there has been a new counsel of defence.
According to Mohammed, the new lead counsel was absent from court due to an illness.

The cases has however been adjourned to September 13.
Yunusa will remain in prison for the period until he appears in court.
He was granted N3 million bail if he submitted his tax clearance for the past three years but he failed to.
