Abuja - There was a mild drama on Tueday at the Federal High Court, Abuja during the commencement of the trial of the Director of Radio Biafra and leader of Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, reports Daily Post.
Kanu on arrival at the court premises refused to come down from the prison van that brought him to court.

It took the intervention of his lawyer, Chuks Mouma before Kanu agreed to come down from the van.
Kanu, however, refused to take off the handcuffs on him even while being led to the courtroom.
Kanu was denied bail during the last sitting of the court on January 29.
The trial judge, Justice John Tsoho denied him bail on the ground that he was a threat to national security.
Justice Tsoho had adjourned the matter till Tuesday,February 9, for commencement of trial.
