Abuja - Operatives from the Department of State Security (DSS) have allegedly arrested the kidnapper of Precious Osuji, a teenager who went missing from her home in November of last year.
According to a Vanguard report, the suspect, Cornelius Ubara, is said to have been a tenant at Osuji's residence until her abduction occurred, with Ubara having been caught in possession of the victim's mobile phone at the time of his arrest.

In the days that followed Osuji's arrest, Ubara is reported to have left his residence, following which the victim's father contacted security operatives claiming that he suspects Ubara of being his daughter's abductor, Punch reports.
The suspect has since refused to confess as to how he came into possession of the young girl's phone and has provided no further information pertaining to the case.
