Abuja - The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has invited the embattled National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ali Modu Sheriff, reports NewsDay.
Sheriff was invited for questioning in connection with the 2015 PDP presidential campaign funds, for which Femi Fani-Kayode, former Aviation Minister, is being investigated.

This is the second time within a month that the EFCC would be inviting Sheriff for questioning according to Nigerian Eye.
He was earlier invited in connection with alleged misappropriation of parts of the N300bn Borno State received from the federation account while he was governor between 2003 and 2011.
