Kano- The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday grilled the former Jigawa state gubernatorial candidate under Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2015 general election, Aminu Ibrahim Ringim over N550 million missing campaign fund, reports Daily Trust.
He was questioned alongside the state PDP Chairman, Salisu Mahmuda and the secretary of the PDP governorship campaign team, Rabiu Taura.
The trio were interrogated at the Kano office of the anti- graft agency.

They were invited to explain the exact amount received and how it was spent
It was gathered that N550 million was allocated to Jigawa State as part of campaign fund, and that a former minister collected the money for disbursement to all PDP candidates.
