Abuja - The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had seized a house belonging to Umari Fintiri, an ex-acting governor of Adamawa state, Punch reported on Sunday.
The property worth at least N500 million.
The report indicated that the anti-graft agency arrested Fintiri 10 days ago following a petition by former members of his cabinet that he embezzled N1.9 billion during the three months that he was acting governor.
He acted as the state governor from July 15, 2014 to October 8, 2014.
