Abuja - The Economic Financial Crimes Commission has told the Federal High Court of Abuja how former Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh, transferred unauthorised funds for personal use, Dailypost reported.
The prosecution witness, Air Commodore, Abdullahi Yushau, during cross examination told the court that "no money goes out of the accounts of Nigerian Airforce without the authorisation of the Chief of Staff."

Other witnesses told the court that some of the money belonging to the Nigerian Air Force was used to service the office of Badeh. These monies were in forms of salaries and allowances of personnel belonging to the airforce.
Salisu, who is also a witness in the case further told the court that money would be converted into dollars and personally delivered it to Badeh.
Justice Okon Abang, has adjourned the matter till April 8 for cross examination of witnesses.
