Abuja - Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu has called on the Federal Government to collapse 36 states of the Federation into 6 zones.
According to Naij, the legislator has claimed that the move will encourage growth and avoid the continual hindering of development within the country.

The abolition of the 36 states, Ekweremadu says, will release growth potential within those areas, leading to further economic development.
Ekeremadu's drastic stance has been detailed in his book, titled "Who will love my country: Ideas of building the Nigeria of our dreams", which is due to public presentation on Wednesday.
