Ex-Oyo governor disowns daughter

08 July 2016, 20:00

Ibadan - Former Oyo State Governor, Omololu Olunloyo, has denounced his daughter, Kemi Olunloyo, for her controversial posts on the different social media, Naij reports.

The former governor revealed that his daughter had a history of mental illness and several efforts by the family and other well-wishers to moderate her erratic behavior have been unproductive.

He described the statements credited to Kemi as “utterly irresponsible”, “libellous” and “repeatedly painful” while apologising to everyone who had been attacked by his daughter.

Kemi had in one of her controversial posts described the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye as a murderer.

She recently alleged that top actor, Jide Kosoko, killed his three wives for rituals.

Kemi later came out to say that one of Prince Jide Kosoko and late Henrietta Kosoko’s children threatened her after her tweet calling for the investigation of Jide over his wife’s death.

She had also posted controversial posts about former president Olusegun Obasanjo, Bishop Oyedepo, Bainca Ojukwu, Olamide and many other celebs.

The former governor’s daughter had also accused her dad of raping her.
