Abuja - Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has allegedly
not been discharged by the court off his poultry fraud case, Punch reported.
This comes after the All Progressive Congress in Ekiti State
exposed Fayose on how he was not discharged by the Federal High Court over
alleged N1.3 billion poultry fraud.
The Economic Financial Crimes Commission had filed the fraud
case against the governor in 2005.

The matter has been transferred from Lagos to the Ado Ekiti
part of the court for further jurisdiction.
Meanwhile, the governor has been challenged to provide proof
from the court that he was discharged off the case.
