“This is a massive operation sanctioned by Buhari and is to be executed at the early hours of Monday morning of December 19th, 2016. Our people must resist them wherever we find DSS operatives or informants gathered. This is priority number-1 information and must be disseminated now to all Biafrans.” The statement said.

“We also advise every IPOB members and Biafrans to be calm because we are still holding on nonviolent and perceive resistance but must resist every illegal arrest by DSS because of the Issue of Biafra restoration.” The statement added.
