Abuja - Despite his death, the driver of the late Minister of State for Labour, James Ocholi, Taiwo Elegbede might be prosecuted posthumously.
Elegbede, according to interim report on the accident that claimed the lives of Ocholi, his and son, was accused of over-speeding.
He was also accused of not having a valid driver’s license.

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Babachir David Lawal dropped the hint on the prosecution of Elegbede while addressing State House correspondents after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday.
Lawal said the government would decide whether the driver would be prosecuted after the final report of the investigation.
