Abuja – Filling stations in major cities are allegedly selling petrol at black market rate, as the scarcity of the commodity continues.
According to Punch, filling stations in Abuja, Lagos, Kaduna and Nasarawa were selling petrol at similar rates with black markerteers.
Many filling stations were on Saturday selling petrol at between N150 to N170 per litre, the report said.
The officially approved price of petrol as regulated by the Federal Government is N86.5 per litre.
