Abuja - President Muhammadu Buhari has been lambasted by
former attorney general of Nasarawa State Innocent Lagos for taking an
unconstitutional decision with the bailout funds, Naij reported.
The Federal Government had given 36 states bailout funds of
which the money according to the attorney was meant for the three tiers of
government, namely being federal, states and local governments.

FG has been revealed as not an institution whereby it acts
like a bank to states and just distribute money.
The former attorney feels Buhari made an unconstitutional
decision by funding the 36 states.
The 36 states were reportedly sharing N2,8 million from the
Federation Account in one year into President Buhari's administration according
