Port Harcourt - Four people have been arraigned for allegedly killing an operative belonging to the Department of State Services in Rivers State, Punch reported.
According to reports, the four men attacked the operative on the eve of national and state legislative elections in the state.

A cross fire had allegedly occurred in the vicinity between unknown gunmen and the security operatives of which one was killed.
The suspects were arrested and appeared at the local magistrate court on two counts of murder.For more on this story visit Punch
